"Lazy" Day

After yesterday’s soreness, I decided to take a break today and chill out at home since I’m off work.

I made some chicken drumsticks, deviled eggs, and salad for lunch and took my fur-babies on a few short walks.

As far as obligations, I procrastinated studying for my test tonight but I think I pulled through pretty valiantly!

I’m feeling really good about my day full of rest and getting to spend a lot of time at home with my babies.

DOMS

I am so sore today after doing yoga yesterday! My muscles are protesting fiercely!! Ouch!

In other news, I was really in the mood to run today. I don’t like the cold so I went to the gym at my apartment. Well, there was another girl there on the treadmill so I used the elliptical instead. It didn’t bother me at all to change my plans. What did bother me though was that she was blaring music on her phone with no consideration for anyone else! I brought my headphones so nobody else is forced to listen to my music, why couldn’t she do the same?
